It gives a chance to have a look into the daily work of various professionals and then decide if that would be something they would want to do in future. It gives school pupils an opportunity to visit different w
ork environments and spend at least four hours following the everyday work of professionals whose occupation they have chosen.
The purpose of the ''Job Shadow Day'' is to help to identify their interests, set future career priorities and perspectives.Job Shadow Day takes place every year in February in Latvia.
More than 34000 school pupils took part in ''Job Shadow Day'' in 2019 and each year the interest about this unique experience is growing.
